Meet the Head of College
Mr Bruce Campbell
Bruce was born and educated in Brisbane, graduating as a Primary Teacher in 1971. Spending time in Texas, Nambour and Eumundi State Schools, Bruce left teaching to follow his boy-hood dream of farming. He managed a large dairy farm, enjoying the business side of farming as well as applying modern technology to the dairy industry.
In 1987 Bruce returned to teaching at Nambour Christian College, being appointed Deputy Principal in 1988 and Principal in 1991. When NCC took over Gulf Christian College in Normanton, Bruce was appointed the CEO and a Director of Gulf Christian College.
Bruce has held many leadership positions over the years including State and National Chairman of Christian Schools Australia. He was the Foundation Chairman of Associated Christian Schools and is still a current Director.
Bruce loves working with young people, seeing them grow and develop as young men and women ready and confident to embrace the future.
Bruce is married to Katherine, they have five adult children nine grandchildren, four of whom attend NCC.
